      2-step verification is a security process that provides additional protection when logging in to your account.

        You’ll be guided through a quick process the first time 2-step verification is required. When you log in, you’ll be prompted to complete an additional verification step. After that, you’ll have those options available to you each time you log in.

          This is a 6-digit code sent to you by email or text message. Each code is randomly generated and expires after 15 minutes.

            Go to the profile page to confirm your email and mobile number for 2-step verification.

              You can update your email and mobile number on the profile page. The next time you log in you will be asked to confirm your new contact information for 2-step verification.

                1. If the code doesn’t work, check it and try it again.
                2. If you did not receive a code by email, check your spam or junk folder.
                3. If you did not receive a code by text message, ensure that texting is enabled on your phone and verify the last 4-digits (the rest will be masked).
                4. If you exceed the number of verification attempts, wait 15 minutes and try again.
