Kemper Specialty Towing Claim

To receive on-location assistance, please follow the instructions below:

Your safety is of primary importance to us. Before reporting Roadside Assistance and/or Towing need, please make sure you are safe. Once you have secured your safety, please have your Roadside Assistance Membership Card handy and call 877.268.7416 to arrange for Roadside Assistance or Towing.

If you are uncertain whether you are enrolled in the Roadside Assistance program, please review your policy or contact your agent. If you have questions or inquiries about an existing Roadside Assistance or Towing claim, please contact 800.338.2680.

To report a towing only claim for “reimbursement,” please include the following items:  

• The bill,
• insured name,
• phone number,
• policy number,
• date of tow, and
• vehicle involved

You can report the claim one of three ways:
