Kemper Personal Insurance Condo Coverage
Individualized Coverage for Individual Units
As specialists in homeowners insurance, we understand the needs of condominium owners. It’s important to know that the insurance purchased by your condo association protects the building and liability in common areas. But it doesn't cover your individual unit and everything inside your home.
Select from three insurance policies products: Kemper Prime Home Essentials, Kemper Prime Home Enhanced, and Kemper Prime Home Elite*, which provide varying depth and breadth of protection. All three products can help protect you from property and liability risks:
- Property - Damage caused by perils such as fire, lightning, smoke, windstorm, hail, burglary, vandalism, and more.
- Liability - Helps cover you if you unintentionally damage the property of others or cause injury.
Kemper Prime Home Enhanced and Kemper Prime Home Elite automatically include valuable added protections, such as water backup coverage, or help with expenses and getting your credit restored if your identity is stolen.
These two policies also include our Blanket Property Limit, which expands coverage by combining the limits of all property coverage categories into a single maximum we could pay for a covered loss in any one of the categories.
